Missouri Army National Guard Tuition Assistance
The Missouri Army National Guard offers students ages 17-35 up to 100% of Tuition Assistance to any accredited school in the State of Missouri.

Students who agree to serve with the National Guard receive over $6000 a semester towards Associates degrees, Bachelor programs or technical certifications!

High School Juniors
Split Training Option
Are you a Junior in High School that KNOWS you want to serve?
Did you know you can start a military contract as a High School Junior and start receiving some of these benefits??
The Split training option allows for High School Juniors to begin their enlistment time while they complete their high school diploma and get paid to prepare for training.
These students attend a training drill weekend ONE weekend a month, while they are in high school. They will attend 10 weeks of Basic Training between Junior and Senior year and graduate on schedule. After high school graduation they then complete a Military Occupation Specialty training, return home and continue with a college or technical degree plan, in which the tuition is covered by the National Guard!
What We Do
The Missouri Army National Guard is a component of the United State Army that serves during local crisis in the State of Missouri as well as Federal missions abroad.

Individuals that choose to serve in the Missouri Army National Guard go through the enlistment process. These individuals attend Army Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training (Job Training) and then serve in a part time capacity as uniformed service members. These soldiers attend drill training one weekend a month and two weeks over each summer.

The National Guard offers the most comprehensive educational benefits across the Military components. Offering both Federal and State Tuition Assistance programs, for part-time and full time Students.
Additionally, National Guard soldiers will qualify for the Federal GI Bill.
Federal Tuition Assistance of $4000 annually
State Tuition Assistance of $13,494 annually

Students that have already incurred Student Debt can qualify for $50,000 of Student Loan Repayment.

Health Insurance
National Guard soldiers qualify for Tricare Reserve Select Health Insurance, which provides affordable comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance.

Furthermore, all soldiers are eligible for Life Insurance from $50,000 - $500,000

Individuals that serve in the National Guard will receive a monthly paycheck equivalent to their education and military experience with special incentives for those with higher aptitude scores. These incentives change each quarter in total dollar amounts.

They are between the ages of 17 and 35, in good physical condition with strong character and moral backgrounds. They serve in a part time capacity while pursuing educational, personal and civilian career goals.
